1. Dosage Information

Before starting any peptide cycle, it is essential to establish the correct dosage. Here are the generally recommended dosages:

1. GHRP-6: Typical doses range from 100 to 300 mcg per injection.
2. GHRP-10: Dosages usually vary between 100 to 300 mcg per injection, similar to GHRP-6.

2. Frequency of Injections

For optimal results, GHRP-6 and GHRP-10 should be administered multiple times daily. It’s common practice to inject them:

1. Before breakfast
2. Before workouts
3. Before bedtime

3. Injection Technique

Proper injection technique is crucial to ensure effectiveness and safety:

1. Use sterile equipment at all times.
2. Inject subcutaneously (just beneath the skin) in areas like the abdomen or thigh.
3. Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation.

4. Storage Recommendations

GHRP-6 and GHRP-10 should be stored correctly to maintain their efficacy:

1. Keep peptides refrigerated at 2-8°C (36-46°F).
2. Do not freeze the peptides. They can lose potency.
3. Once reconstituted, the peptides can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.

5. Monitoring and Adjustments

It is essential to monitor your body’s response after starting with GHRP-6 and GHRP-10. Adjustments may be needed based on:

1. Results observed from diet and exercise.
2. Any side effects experienced such as increased hunger or water retention.
3. Consultation with a healthcare professional.

Using GHRP-6 and GHRP-10 effectively can bring significant benefits to your physique and performance. However, always prioritize safety and consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new supplementation regimen.
